What We Offer
At Flourish Performance Psychology, we believe well-being and performance are deeply connected to the conditions surrounding us: our relationships, identities, environments, experiences, expectations, and sense of belonging.
Our work creates space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and develop ways of moving through life that feel more sustainable, intentional, and aligned.
Whether you are navigating something personally, strengthening a relationship, pursuing a meaningful goal, leading others, or supporting a community, Flourish offers spaces designed to help you cultivate what comes next.
We offer a range of services for individuals, couples, groups, organizations, and communities. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom offering.

Therapy can be a place to process what has happened, make sense of what you are experiencing now, and consider how you want to move forward.
Our approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in the understanding that people do not exist outside of their environments. We explore not only thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, but also the relationships, identities, systems, expectations, and experiences that shape them.
Individual therapy may support people navigating life transitions, anxiety, identity, relationships, grief and loss, burnout, perfectionism, self-worth, career changes, athletic transitions, or simply the desire to know themselves more fully.
The goal is to develop greater awareness, flexibility, self-trust, and alignment in the life you are creating.

Relationships can be places of tremendous connection and also places where our histories, needs, fears, communication patterns, and expectations collide.
Couples therapy offers a space to slow those patterns down and better understand what is happening between you.
Together, we may explore communication, conflict, emotional connection, trust, intimacy, life transitions, changing roles, individual needs, and the experiences each person brings into the relationship.
The work is about creating greater understanding, accountability, safety, and choice in how you relate to one another.

Sometimes the most powerful realization is discovering that we are not alone in what we are carrying.
Flourish offers therapeutic and process-oriented groups that bring people together around shared experiences, identities, transitions, and challenges. Groups create opportunities for reflection, connection, mutual support, and learning alongside others who understand parts of the journey from the inside.
Offerings may focus on topics such as athlete transition, identity, grief and loss, relationships, life transitions, belonging, emotional well-being, or other shared experiences.
Groups may be offered directly through Flourish or developed in partnership with organizations, teams, universities, and communities.

Mental performance work supports athletes, performers, professionals, and other high-achieving individuals in developing the psychological skills needed to navigate demanding environments.
Rather than pursuing performance at the expense of the person, we explore how sustainable performance can emerge from a deeper understanding of yourself.
Work may include confidence, focus, motivation, performance anxiety, routines, perfectionism, resilience, emotional regulation, leadership, injury, identity, transitions, and responding effectively under pressure.
Mental performance services are tailored to the person and the environment they perform within, helping clients build strategies that feel practical, adaptable, and authentic.

Individual well-being matters. So do the environments people are asked to function within.
Flourish partners with athletic organizations, universities, businesses, teams, and community organizations to create engaging learning experiences centered on human performance, mental health, leadership, culture, identity, belonging, and sustainable well-being.
Workshops are interactive and designed to move beyond simply sharing information. Depending on the setting, sessions may incorporate reflection, dialogue, experiential activities, case application, and practical strategies participants can carry into their everyday environments.
Topics and programming can be customized around the needs of your organization, including:

Culturally responsive practice
Athlete mental health
Leadership and team culture
Burnout and recovery
Transitions and identity beyond performance

Leadership often requires holding complexity: making decisions, supporting others, managing expectations, navigating change, and maintaining your own sense of direction along the way.
Executive coaching provides a reflective and strategic space for leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and high performers who want to better understand how they lead and how they want to grow.
Our work may explore leadership identity, communication, decision-making, confidence, boundaries, values, relationships, transitions, workplace dynamics, sustainable performance, and the emotional demands of leadership.
Rather than offering a formula for becoming a “better leader,” coaching helps you cultivate a way of leading that is effective, adaptable, and aligned with who you are.

What does flourishing look like for you?
There is no single path toward well-being, growth, or meaningful performance.
Sometimes flourishing means pushing toward something that matters to you.
Sometimes it means slowing down.
Sometimes it means changing the environment, having a difficult conversation, grieving what was, reconnecting with yourself, or imagining something entirely new.
Wherever you are starting, we can begin right there.
